Crescent Bazar Return & Exchange Policy
Welcome to Crescent Bazar, where we aim to exceed your expectations with each order. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your requirements, and we’ve designed our return and exchange policy to ensure any concerns are resolved quickly and smoothly.
1. Return Period:
You have 15 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please make sure all items are in their original condition, packaging, and unopened to qualify for a return. Items that are not in resellable condition will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
2. Faulty Products:
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at +923005294644 or via email at crescentbazar.pk@gmail.com. Faulty items should be reported and returned within 15 days in their original packaging, with all accessories included.
3. Exchanges:
We offer product exchanges based on stock availability. If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please fill out our exchange form. Once submitted, we will arrange a courier to exchange the items. Ensure the product is ready for pickup in its original condition.
4. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 2-4 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned items. All refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Please note that the actual timing of the refund may vary based on your bank's processing times.
5. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. Crescent Bazar is not responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Non-Refundable Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a faulty product or a packing error.
