Shipping Details

  • Delivery Charges: Rs 199/-
  • Free Delivery: For orders over Rs. 1500/-
  • Processing Time: Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Delivery Time: Typically 2 to 5 working days, though it may extend to 7 days during busy periods or high demand.
  • Order Confirmation: New customers will receive a confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp from our Customer Service Team.

Returns, Refunds & Replacement Details

We gladly accept returns of unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original packaging within 15 days of purchase. Please include the reason for the return.

  • Return Process: Customers must send returns via traceable courier or registered post at their own expense.
  • Delivery Charges: Non-refundable (typically Rs. 250).
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed as Bank Transfers within 2-3 working days after receiving the returned product.
  • Replacement Charges: Rs. 350 for two-way courier charges. The product must be returned in the original or similar packaging. The delivery rider will exchange the new parcel with the old one.

In some cases, we process refunds based on tracking information before receiving the returned product.
